Really beautiful and knowledgeable post regarding our health breathing, how to take deep breath and how to be stay stress free and be healthy, mentally too.
Yeah I am also between them " Many people think just the normal breathing our bodies do can be considered deep breathing, but that is not the case. Our breath will align with whatever else is happening in our body or around us. Many people who are stressed or sick actually take lots of shallow short breaths. Intentional, daily deep breathing has many benefits you probably never noticed before."

Great! A deep, conscious breath can make any situation BETTER - it's like a miracle reset button!! And it's always available and FREE! Deep breathing can truly change your life.

What is the best time for deep breathing?? Mostly people say that morning time is the best time. I agree but whats about other day times?? I also love to do deep breathing after rain because that air I feel so fresh. Am I right??

Any time is a good time for a deep breath! But its especially great before going to sleep as it helps relax you and get a nice deep sleep.

Also any time you are stressed. Very good for relieving stress.
