Even a cigarette can give you a sense of freedom if you know how to smoke consciously. So, forget about quitting it, learn how to live life consciously, HERE and NOW :)
TERRIBLE ADVICE! Cigarettes are horribly addictive and most people who were once addicted, will never be able to "consciously" enjoy one or two cigs here and there. Bullshit my friend, please avoid this nonsense.
More power to you @kendama-odyssey props on quitting the tobacco. All I can do is offer the same advice I tell my mom - replace it with some more cannabis instead >_>
