Importance of green vegetables in diet..

Obesity is one of the major problem our society is facing these main reason behind this according to WHO is absence of daily exercise routine.In order to tackle with the problem of obesity it is better to take low carbohydrate diet.Junk food especially have high carbohydrate content.If we take carbohydrate more than what our body needs than it get stored in our body as fat.So it is advised to take low carbohydrate diet.But totally removing carbo content from diet is also harmful as it is needed to make glucose in body that will provide energy to the body.So the best option is to include green vegetables in the diet.6000191272109.jpgSpinach-bunched-PM-300x225.jpg
Spinach contains vitamins like K and A.It has low carbohydrate content and high fiber content that's why it is most ideal veggie .
Radish is also one item that have high fibre content and low carbohydrate content.
Cabbage contain antioxidants that helps in burning fats.It contains vitamin k, B6,C.
So by adding these veggies and regular exercise can protect us form health issues in future.
