Secret Of My Fitness ( 3 R's)

Hello Steemians!!
I hope you all are doing well.Today i am gonna share my fitness tips with you guys,In order to remain fit,Just remember the 3 R.
Running
Right food
Rest

Combine it with right kind of food you eat.Reduced the intake of sugar (cut down on tea/coffee). Make sure you have breakfast and it is nutritious.Your breakfast should have source of carbohydrates (cereals) and proteins(milk,beans). Take fruits as snacks in between meals.Finally ensure 7 to 8 hours of sound sleep.
Fitness mantra should focus on-the sweat ,the time ,the devotion,it pays off .The sweat does not mean working out whole day,but start your day with yoga,exercise and aerobics or walk.Reduce the intake junks food and drink glasses of water before having junks.Make sure you have 7 to 8 glasses of water ,good diets and it should be nutritious.Devotion towards exercise regime,rest,water intake and food plan very important and it pays off.

Nice article, agree that we should start our day with excercise, yoga or brisk walk. Though I am not sure if green tea is still in talks or it was just a fashion trend...do share some benefits of green tea...if any
