Every year on October 10, the world always echoes the importance of mental and mental health.

Maintaining mental or mental health is not easy. There are many things that happen and can make the soul imbalance happen. All these psychiatric problems and mental imbalances occur with the initial symptoms of a positive loss of thought to oneself as well as others.
To keep mentally healthy, it's good to improve the positive thoughts in yourself. Here are some tips to help improve mental health.

Talk about how you feel

Talking about everything you feel is important to your mental health. Choose people you trust to be a place to share stories and problems at hand. Do not burden yourself a problem, especially when you can not solve it yourself.

Move actively

Exercise and keep the body active will release the chemical hormones in the brain that can make you happy.
It's just that sports do not always have to go to the gym. Taking a leisurely stroll in the park or doing household chores can also help you stay healthy. Experts reveal that active 30 minute exercise at least five days a week is the right amount to keep mental health.

Eat healthy

Eating a healthy diet will not only make your body healthy. Choosing a healthy food intake will help maintain a person's mental health as well.
Giving the body a wide variety of nutritious foods will make the brain more healthy and functioning properly. In addition, healthy and delicious food can not deny anyone can be happier.

Take a break

Work hard and play hard. You should be able to balance both. No doubt gathering with friends or relatives, eating good food in restaurants, relaxing in cafes, or on vacation will help balance your mental health.

Good relationship with family

Family and friends are the best remedies to restore the spirit when you feel depressed or fall under pressure.
A warm hug or seeing their sincere smile that loves you will be a cure for its own healing.

Do a hobby

To quote The Union from University of Portsmouth Students Unionm, relieve stress by doing your own hobby. Do what you master so that it will increase your confidence.
