Have 2 people I work with that are experiencing similar symptoms, probably to go through the same headache you went through. Wish they could read your post too.
Maybe you could share the items list with them. Even if they had their gallbladders removed, its still very important to keep the gut in check. I'm always saddened to hear people going through it, but at least theres some natural recourse. Thanks for reading and commenting!
