Yes carrots great for the sight and for the bones, it also good to delay aging, since its rich in antioxidants. And good for constipation since its high in fibers too. It is good fruit but you can not depend on it alone since your body needs other things that are not in carrots, I mean other vitamins and minerals. But If your wrote more details about the benefit of carrots and what other vitamins it has would more helpful. Thanks
