I not only believe in the power of positive affirmations, but I also produce them. ;)
BUT … I won't avoid negative feelings that remember me about triggers that I need to heal.

Nice...! After years of observation I know for a fact today, that we do not have negative or positive feelings. It's our brain:mind who's imposing the twist of judging... Our spirit:soul is free of judgement! Life is singular...
