Never drink Watermelon at night

Introduction: Watermelon is a juicy bite fruit, as large size & shapes, but also rich in quality. Watermelon is grown in over 96 countries worldwide . In China and Japan it is popular gift to bring a host. In Israel and Egypt ,the sweet taste of watermelon is often paired with the salty taste of feta cheese.

Why we eat(Function):
Watermelon is an ideal food as because it hasn’t contain any fat or cholesterol and source of vitamin A,B6 & C; Potassium,Leukopin , Carotenoid and a small number of calories. Watermelon helps keep the heart, kidneys healthy and reduce the risk of hit stroke by keeping the body cool. in some cultures it is popular to bake the seeds and then eat them.

However, It has a reverse side effect to take watermelon more or in wrong times . Especially intake watermelon at night increases health risk.

when & why do not intake Watermelon:

Watermelon is not easily digested and does not help to digest . So playing watermelon can be an Irritable Bowel Syndrome at night or the stomach may get worse in the morning. Beside thatVarious side effects of drinking watermelon at night are:

Weight gain:
There is a lot of natural sugar in watermelon. As a result, playing watermelon at night is likely to increase weight.
Repeated urine:Because of the abundance of water (92%)in the watermelon, urine can be repeated overnight. As a result sleep disturbed. This makes you feel tired the next day.

Constipation Problems:Ayurveda also forbids eating any fruit or watermelon at night. Diarrhea may also be caused and even in some cases constipation problems ararise.
Hyperkalemia:
If the level of potassium in the blood is more than abnormal, it is called hyperkalemia in medical science. Having potassium in watermelon, It will be negative impact of blood by increasing potassium level if we take watermelon at night. This results in cardiovascular damage, weak pulse, cardiovascular arrest, abnormal heart rate, nerve and muscle damage. As a result, kidneys are also damaged.

Intestinal problems
Because leukopin is present in the watermelon, it plays a negative role in the body. As a result, the problem of gas can be increased. According to the American Cancer Society, if a person consumes 15 mg of liqueur, twice a day, the problems of their intestines Especially diarrhea, vomiting, indigestion etc.

Diabetes during pregnancy:
During pregnancy, amounts of blood sugar increased due to the abundance of watermelon. Due to this, pregnant women may have diabetes later on. This can lead to severe abdominal pain and diarrhea. There is also a lot of damage to the stomach's health. However, if pregnant women want to eat watermelon, they are advised to eat them before lunch.

Reduce blood pressure: it helps to reduce blood pressure levels. So if you are naturally suffering from low blood pressure, keep yourself from eating watermelon.

Allergic reaction: Excess amount of watermelon can respond to allergic reactions in body. Rashes can cause skin allergic reactions, many problems can occur in the face. It can also be a diarrhea.

Due to the presence of natural sugar in watermelon, high blood pressure patients are harmful to eat it. That’s why Diabetes patients should avoid this fruit.

Watermelon grows well in sandy land especially in coastal island. Mostly watermelon growing districts of Bangladesh are- Naogan, Barishal, Thakhurgaon, Gopalganj, Gaibandha, Jhenidhah, Jhalkhati, Cox's bazaar, Vhola, etc. Farmers are very much interested to do the business as profitable concern.
