Best beginner exercise before you hit gym.

We all have goals and positions we need to reach before doing something, whether it's getting good grades to be able to become a doctor or have a certain level fitness to become a footballer. The same goes for gym as well, to make the most out of it you will need to do this one particular exercise.



Doing pushups.

It's as simple as that.

However, I am not talking about any other pushup. It's the dive bomber pushup I am talking about. You may be confused as this isn't a type of pushup that is famous, however it's a pushup that people of all ages can do which can build muscle and strength.

how do you perform it?



It's really simple if you follow the following image:

  1. Get into pushup portion and arch yourself as back as you can get, so you are in that dive position.
  2. Then dive till the furtherest part of your head is just a bit above the floor, you can decide that length.
  3. Then with you're strength in your arms, whilst maintain posture on back, come back up. (Refer to images if you get stuck)



Well that is that is essentially what you need to do before going, or officially starting gym. If you want to build strength and muscle, whilst attaining lean muscle. It is recommended that you do this for at least about 3 or 4 months before starting gym and that you also change your diet as well. Protein diet for muscle gain or protein and lots of veggies for a weight loss diet.

Once you have finished doing this for 3 or 4 months start doing gym, however still do more body and compound exercises instead of hitting just one muscle group, as this allows your body to look more proportionate, than if it isn't.

it targets the core meaning your abs and muscle group around that part. This essentially, increases you're endurance so that you are able to do the most difficult of exercises without being getting tired quickly and it increases flexibility as well. This flexibility is really important when you are moving around and performing heavy exercies
