Eating healthy is not a one time thing but rather a long term commitment and it requires continuous efforts. Eating healthy is something that you just can't do for some moths and then give up on, expecting to not gain the weight that you lost. Eating clean and healthy is something that you must inculcate into your daily lives, not because it helps you to lose weight but also ensures that you stay fit inside out and keep illness and diseases away. It might seem impossible, but even small changes to your lifestyle, if followed over the long termm can bring out big changes in your weight. All you need is determination and a will to eat clean and healthy.

Weight loss and looking good is obviously a goal that will motivate you, but more than that, you need to constantly remind yourself that you are eating healthy to give yourself a longer and happier life. If you develop taste for healthy food and keep you eye on the end goals at all time, you will find it much easier to effect weight loss and stay fit.

Here are few tips which you can follow -- that will help you naturally to stay fit --

  1. Prepare for your meals-- Take out little time out for grocery shopping each week and pick you fresh produce like vegetable and fruits. More importantly, store in your refrigerator in a way that they catch your attention every day. Every time you crave something unhealthy, grab a fruit and make yourself a salad instead.

  2. Learn to cook healthy Meals-- Learn to cook healthy meals will help to achieve your weight loss goals. Be mindful on how many calories your meals have accordingly give survival skill that is important for your own personal growth.

3.Never skip meals- Skipping meals increases cravings for unhealthy food as the drop in blood sugar levels makes your brain hungry. Instead, one should eat all three meals of the day- heavy breakfast, a moderate lunch and a very light dinner.

  1. Eliminate distractions while you eat.-- Its tempting to sit in front of computer screen while eating, but it's not very healthy. It may whet your appetite and make you eat more. Instead you must eat with a friend or family member and have your meals.
  2. Stay Hydrated.- Drinking water before meals makes you feel fuller and prevents you from over eating. Keep sipping on warm water in between meals in order to stay hydrated. Avoid drinking water after the meal immediately . There should be a gap of 40 minutes.
