Must Be Changed ?

How are you steemians?
I want to ask you something, do any of you have trouble sleeping at night (insomnia)? If that's true, then the same thing as I'm experiencing now.

This is because since my working pattern is divided into shifts. Where I work two days morning, two days afternoon, and two days night then two days off.
In a job like this that must be carried out with full responsibility, resulting in a change in one's lifestyle.

Most felt that I experienced is, when working at night must be fully awake and in the morning we must sleep, to replace sleep at night. We all know, the morning time is a time full of blessing, where everyone is doing their activities and make good use of time in the morning.

But this is different from me, whereas sleep in the morning is very hate and forbidden. Ibnul Qayyim Rahimahullah once said, "Among the things that makruh according to the scholars is to sleep after the dawn prayer until sunrise, because that time is the time to harvest the ghonimah (time to achieve the goodness as much)", (Madarijus Salikin, 1: 369).

This is true as I feel, sleeping in the morning can cause the nature of lazy and not excited in the daytime. Moreover my weight becomes unstable, it signifies bad for health too.

Shaykh Muhammad Salih Al-Munajjid in his Fatwa said, "But if any one chooses to sleep in after the dawn prayer in order to work with full vitality, then the law is not a problem, especially if it is not possible for the person to nap and may only sleep time of day." (Fatwa Al Islam Sual wa Jawab 2063)

Although there are opinions that say, may do the morning sleep but with the right reasons. Although for the right reasons, we should avoid this bad behavior.

Maybe I will change this pattern, maybe by doing light exercise in the morning, and sleeping in the middle of the day is better. That's the story of my experience, hopefully we can brighten ourselves with maintaining health.

Good luck with your insomnia my friend! My husband has it and I can see him suffer every day...
Try chamomile tea, Valerian root, Brahmi or Ashwagandha (last two are Indian herbs).
