You know this kind of medical condition is so easily, and so often ignored by people. Most realize the extent only after it has gotten worse, and progressed, as in this case, to become something unmanageable like fistula.

The other day again you wrote on blood cancer, an equaly very important, but ignored medical conditon, that people only come to appreciate once it has gotten worse.
