Hey guys try not to have super hot showers too. Your pores open up and your skin absorbs way more flouride and chlorine than it would with could water. Also breathing in the hot steam is poisonous too.
You are so right! The quicker & cooler, the better!
It's like Gas Chamber 2.0 and everybody talks about the daily bio-accumulating doses like they're not a big deal 🤔 "Oh, the levels in the water, those are safe man..." 😅
