Why Do You Snore?
I never tried how it feels when you snore but hopefully I wouldn't experience that kind of problem. I know how it feels when there is some one who snores loudly and you cannot sleep well because of the noise, believe me it's not great. I'm always wondering before why is it easy for some people to snore and why they cannot even realize that they are snoring. My partner used to snore every night and it makes me feel irritate sometimes because I cannot sleep and then what I did is I wake him up and tell him to stop snoring and then he said "did I snore?" it's just a lil bit funny though that they don't even know he's snoring and I am also worried about his snore I hope I can help him to stop that. Maybe I should research more how to stop snoring. How about you guys, did you snore?
I stopped snoring when I changed my diet to a healthy plant based one. We are what we eat :)
