Hello friends! This is a topic that I wanted to show, and many people that I know have presented a series of symptoms which should be analyzed, since mental health is a very sensitive issue and can affect our physical health, it is really something that is to leave aside ...

Depression is a psychiatric disorder which is manifested by depressed mood and apathy to perform things, in addition to this is associated with other symptoms such as sleep disturbances, appetite, fatigue and feeling of guilt, all these symptoms interfere with the daily activities of person.

We do not consider it an emotion or a mood. It is a set of symptoms in which mood states such as sadness and melancholy are involved, but it is not defined by their mood, but by the behaviors performed.

There are some diseases that can cause or increase the chances of having a depression such as for example; hypothyroidism, vitamin B12 deficiency, diabetes, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's or after a stroke, so it is necessary to carry out an adequate treatment of these diseases so that it is possible to fight the symptoms.

Some warning symptoms;

  • A great lack of will and motivation

  • Lack of personal hygiene

  • You spend a lot of time in activities that distract us

  • Abandonment

  • A feeling of "not being able"

Sometimes, we shut ourselves up so much in ourselves that it is hard for us to go out and interact with other people.

I do not mean that you tell anyone your life, but you do dare to open up with someone you trust, someone who listens to you, to find an effective solution.

Almost all of us have ever felt an immense sadness in our lives. This is normal. But if this sadness or depressive attitude continues for more than two weeks, you should seek help. Feeling sad is normal, being depressed clinically is not.

Let's look for new experiences that help us to get out of that negative environment, shine with our own light, physical activities are a good way to improve our mood, expose ourselves to the sun at least 15 minutes a day, avoid negative thoughts, stay in a Outdoor and bright place, listening to music and going to the cinema or theater can help cure depression.

We have infinities of options and I leave my opinion about you ... You are a super special person! never forget.
