Caffeine is a naturally occurring compound found in plant species predominantly growing in the Tropic or Sub-Tropic regions of the world. Plants use caffeine as a natural pesticide since it is toxic to insects and other pests.
Caffeine is considered the most commonly used psychoactive drug in the world. A majority of adults consume it on a daily basis, and research is being done on its health benefits and consequences.

Is a diuretic, meaning that it helps your body get rid of extra salt and water by urinating more
Increases the release of acid in your stomach, sometimes leading to an upset stomach or heartburn.

Caffeine occurs naturally in the leaves, seeds, or fruit of more than 60 plant species, including:

1.Memory loss
2.Burns fat
3.Stiffens arteries

Caffiene is a temporary vasoconstrictor i think to say it stiffens arteries is a bit of an exageration. Caffiene being “bad for bones” has never been proven in a scientific study.

Why some docs and religions ban coffee? Is it dangerous in any way.? Thnx
