Great checklist, and comes at the right time because I was planning a long forest trek in a few days! I will bookmark it so that I can make sure that I have taken all the necessary precautions before I leave for the trek.
Happy to be of any help. Since there is no cure for Lyme, prevention is essential. I will post shortly another article on how to remove ticks safely. Enjoy your trek and stay safe!
