Today I am going to share amazing Benefits of walking according to me this small factor effects very big.
So I tell you a story:
2 men, Same age, Ben and Daniel, Both have a test. Daniel decides to stay seated and check social media.
Ben prefers to leave his smartphone in his pocket and goes for a walk.
After 20 minutes, Daniel and Ben are called for the test.
From a birds eye view, we can see inside their brain.
The red areas are high active, the blue areas least active, I took this image from a research of Dr, Chuck Hilmann at the University of Illinois.
It can be clearly seen, that soft physical activity enhances the cognitive function of brain centers which play an important role in complex processing memory functiong reasoning and so on.
Even if you aren't ready to go to the gym yet, take a brisk walk one or twice a day.
Walk in nature and take deep breath so this will boost your brain power and lift your mood.
Those benefits have massive influence on the level you produce on a daily basis Whether it's for a testg for high revenue generating tasks or just to be present with your family - including a short walk every day will benefit your life.
