Day 12 in the clinic
Well its monday and time to get back to work, this is what I am planned to do today so you have an idea what happens on the inside of a mental health clinic.

Group therapy including written exercises

Walk outside with the group acompanied by a monitor
12.00/13.00
Group therapy mostly sharing personal experiences and talking about self help techniques
13.30/14.00
Lunch
15.30/17.30
Video therapy which includes watching a movie or documentary about adicction and followed by group discussion.
18.00/19.00
optional gym or free time

Group therapy

Dinner

Social time

Cant wait to feel good about myself again and get on with my life.
