Benefits of being Vegan

Hello everyone, today I would like to talk about vegan proteins, because I mean that lot of people are scared about that - but for no reason.

Vegan options are not dangerous for our bodies, however they are really good for us.

  1. SOY MILK - produced by soaking and grinding soybeans, boiling the mixture, and filtering out remaining particulates.

Have you ever tried chocolate soy milk? No? You should, it will one of the best things you ever had in your mouth.

  1. TOFU is a food made of condensed soy milk that is pressed into solid white blocks. It originated in China, and the process is quite similar to how cheese is made.

Okay, I know, not so delicious as the chocolate soy milk, but try to add some spices and put it on a pan - you will be positively surprised.

  1. CHICKPEAS - hummus, falafel or baked with spices in the oven (tastes like a chicken).

  2. ALMONDS - everybody knows them and everybody loves them, with cereals, some fruits or on they own, they are delicious.
