Though I am technically still in quarantine until Monday, I call this week’s workout my “post-COVID” week. I am purposefully taking it easy, purposefully not working to failure. Still the work feels great to get back into.
I have a personal friend of over 30 years who spent 22 days in the hospital and is now home with oxygen treatments for at least 10 more days. COVID is serious. But so is the cold and flu. We must not allow media driven fear, from which we may never return, to swallow us whole.

-Bicep Curls 50x91 (dkgry) drag 0 (ltgry) traditional -diminishing range to fatigue
-Calf Raises 42x217 (dkgry) diminishing range to fatigue (straps)

I give my YouTube vlogs the main title of "Fitness Over 60." It is my goal to build a community of like-minded riders whose purpose is to get and stay active and fit into their senior years. At 60, I see myself as just entering those years. I am not as fit as I would like to be, but neither am I trying to become a superstar athlete. I am becoming more fit all the time with:
-Regular cycling,
-Elliptical exercises
-Frequent resistance training (#x3bar) and
-Ketogenic/Intermittent Fast eating
are the main elements of my fitness plan.
