Hey there! I used to workout a lot for two years, my trainer was a high profile athlete and I really learned a lot from him(his name is Glenn de la Cruz if you're interested). If you'd like my humble advice, focus on heavy lifting rather than cardio in order to lose weight, as the more muscle tissue you build, the more fat it'll consume. Strive towards hypertrophy instead. Keep ot up!
