Aromatherapy Oils - Black Pepper
For all those considering using aromatherapy oils, I would like to point out that you really do have to follow safety instructions.
There are a few different ways to take the oils:
- Mix with a base oil to use as a massage oil
- Put a few drops into hot water to inhale
- Put a few drops in the bath
- Put in an oil burner
You must NEVER internally use the oils - so no swallowing whatsoever!
You must also not apply directly to the skin.
All of the oils have different scents, different uses and different safety issues so I will talk you through them all if you have an interest in using them.
BLACK PEPPER
Peppercorn aroma (obviously) with a medium strength initial aroma.
For people suffering with arthritis, aching muscles, muscle cramps, poor circulation, constipation, chilblains, and poor digestion.
(No noted safety issues other than the general ones for oils).
