Handstand beneficios
Hola amigos de steemit, hoy compartire con ustedes este ejercicio llamado "handstand" o "parada de manos".
Este es un ejercicio que te ayuda a darle fuerza a tus hombros, además de mantenerlos sanos. Es el ejercicio con el cual se debe de ejercitar a los hombros, esto es porque utiliza el movimiento natural de los hombros.
Es necesario dominarla para poder realizar otros movimientos que requieren de una gran fuerza. Pero también es un ejercicio que te da muchos beneficios entre los cuales están el balance, venas más saludables y ejercicio para la mayoría de los músculos del cuerpo.
Existen distintas formas de hacerlo y variaciones , a continuacion les dejo unas fotos de distintas variaciones
