This is really fun to read the side effects. It makes me want to do it, but not really. I mean, I guess if you could come personally be my chef, and I had a team of support behind me, while I live the daily grind, I'd totally go for it. I need to eat healthier, and I'm sure I could do with a good dose of candida cleansing. Hmmmmmm.
