Kale is healthy, no doubt about it. However, this kale really isn’t much better than the cheaper alternatives, like spinach. Kale is a highly nutritious vegetable. Of all the super healthy greens, It is the king. Kale is loaded with all sorts of powerful medicinal properties.
While,
Spinach (Spinacia oleracea) is an edible flowering plant, it is very popularly known for its impressive benefits, it is a desirable leafy green known for good health. The leaves are eaten as a vegetable.
So both are excellent in terms of health benefits.and the only difference is the spinach is cheaper than kale.
Acai berries to Blueberries
Acai berries are the new millennium favorite, it is called as "weight loss miracle food", however, according to a nutritionist expert, there is no reason to believe this, she stated, “There is no evidence linking the acai berry to weight loss. In fact, many of the juice products that contain acai are also loaded with sugar, which could impair weight loss if consumed in excess,” she stated, “There is no evidence linking the acai berry to weight loss. In fact, many of the juice products that contain acai are also loaded with sugar, which could impair weight loss if consumed in excess.”
However, on the plus side, it is true that acai berries do have very high levels of antioxidants. But, same as blueberries, cranberries, strawberries, cherries, raspberries, blackberries, prunes, artichokes, plums, apples, and kidney beans.
Why not just pick these much cheaper berries at the supermarket.
In India, Spinach & Blueberries are commonly used.
I don't think common people in India can afford salmon, kale or Acai berries or any other exclusive food.
