Sorry to hear that, make sure you get some help from your GP! There's lots of Anti-Biotics and Tropical creams you can get. I prefer trying herbal/homemade remedies as well.
Manuka Honey is a difficult one to find, and you probably won't find it in your everyday - local store. If it wasn't for my work colleague, luckily, having some then I would have purchased it from Amazon. Link below
