Do not do fitness, ignore health

We have millions of excuses for not doing workouts or walks for fitness. But with the help of superstitions, dream of healthy life can not be fulfilled. Know about the measures to deal with them.

Do not get time!

Most people are busy all the time. Just as you take time out for any necessary activities, you should also take time for exercise. Exercise will increase efficiency and reduce stress.

Sleep does not open!

The second big excuse is, 'What do you get tired of in a day's run-off, so sleep does not open early in the morning. While dull lifestyle is the reason for obesity. Exercising daily reduces the fat in the body and increases the level of energy.

Tiredness!

Exercise is not like a burden but see that you are taking out for yourself for some time and going out of the house to have fun. Feel happy after completing small goals. For example, if you do not get tired of stepping up stairs, then patch your own back. Likewise, by focusing on your own health, you can keep away the diseases.

It seems boredom!

If you have been bored by exercise then you have to be creative for this. Add fun stuff to exercise routines like Kick Boxing, Cycling, Swimming, Badminton, Swimming or Aerobics etc. If you wish, you can go on a trip to a hilly area for a few days

Hi @liily, you have opened some good body and mind keeping healthy ways. that are will be very useful for health enthusiast like me. daily routine of 6 to 8 hours sleep, a 30 minute aerobics, some mind controlling activities (Yoga,Meditation etc), limited nutrients foods, Goodwill are would be the great ways of Healthy body and mind. this my way of opinion. thanks for the awesome healthy tips.
