Ingredients (all organic):

Raw milk (as much as you like. Amounts below are used to fill one full cup as shown in the picture.
Raw honey (not necessary, I just add a little depending on how I'm feeling).
Coconut oil (1-2 tablespoons).
Cacao powder (1 tablespoon.
Maca powder (1/3rd of a teaspoon).

Preparation:

Heat the milk but never close to boiling or you'll risk damaging fats and killing beneficial bacteria.
Add all parts together and stir well.

Benefits:

Good fats.
Vitamins, minerals and enzymes.
Cacao, honey and maca give a great energy boost.
Good way to get calories in the morning if you don't like eating breakfast right away.
Delicious!
