Healthy living is making a few changes and commitments to your lifestyle.
A research found that smoking, drinking alcohol, eating unhealthy and not exercising regularly has an immediate negative effect on your lifestyle.
Fortunately, there are steps you can take right now that will make you healthier than yesterday and opens the way for healthy tomorrow.
Here's your list of 4 healthy living steps that are ready to go. Let's get started.

1)Eat Healthy Foods:

The best of the best healthy foods are leafy greens. Studies found that middle-aged people who consumed the equivalent of a cup of cooked greens daily were half as likely to die in the next four years as those who ate no greens.
Eat up to three ounces of fish daily. The Adventist Health Study 2, discovered that people who ate a plant-based diet and included a portion of fish up to once a day were the ones who lived the longest. 1

2)Exercise Regularly:

Many studies found that regular exercise can help boost your healthy lifestyle.
Go to the gym at least 3 times per week. Exercise at least 1 full hour, take rests between workouts and sets.

4)Have sex:

Sex is not only pleasurable but also have many health benefits.
The benefits range from reducing stress levels to lowering your risk of cancer and heart diseases.
Sex boosts your body's ability to make protective antibodies against bacteria, viruses, and diseases that cause common illnesses.
Having regular sex increases your libido. It also improves bladder control, lowers blood pressure and heart disease risk, improves sleep, relieves stress and boosts your overall health. 4
