Humans are unique beings. Everything around us and within us, however minute effects our lives and can have drastic effects if not taken care of. Our feet are one of them, they carry the weight of the body everyday and all the day without complaints. So, it’s important how we treat them and more importantly it’s more important what we cover them with. Shoes play a major role in the health of our feet and wearing the right show is important to avoid problems and keep your feet healthy.

1. Blister  A blister or a bump at the bottom of your feet isn‘t an accident that’s a red signal for your feet and the kind of shoes you wear. Socks and stocking might as well be the reason for blisters but the more probable reason is the shape of your footwear. If the shoes you wear arent suitable for your feet problems can range from short term to long term.

 2. Nerves heels or flats are beautiful to look at, even if they are painful and torture for your feet, you loved them for their style. Inflated legs are a common and unpleasant problem for many women.

As a woman, it's not easy to stay a whole day on high heels. If I go to conferences or other events and have to wear heels all day long, when I get home, I keep my feet in salt water. Also, for removing water from tissues, other remedies are dandelion tea, corn steak tea, macaw tea.

Another option for leg pain is to sit on the bed with feet raised on a pillow to improve blood circulation.
