Whoa I could use me some of that!

What's the problem

Well as we all know modern life is stifling our natural life processes, with stationary jobs, dormant lifestyles, improper food sources and even the vastly increased electricity all around us. Stimulus comes at us from all directions and the body naturally begins to shut down in part so as not to become over saturated. When the sensory system shuts down it also causes a chain reaction... nothing you feel immediately, but over time it can wreak havoc on your natural stasis and health.

Low energy is one such manifestation (although just a single symptom of many), that we can outwardly see affects our lives. It affects our performance at work, our social relations, we let things slide and have no motivation to fight it. But if it were simple, you could do it quickly each day, anywhere (home, office, park, beach, etc.) and gain that energy and health back, wouldn't that be worth the 10 - 15 minutes?

A modern dilemma

There are so many methods of energy development in the world how do you know which one is complete, which one is better for you individually, which will bring you to your personal goals rather than simply feeling better? These are very difficult questions that can only be answered through experience with a number of methods, however, if you already have a process you feel comfortable and in sync with, then adding deeper energy work within that system would be the best idea for you.

For example if you are already in a Yogic practice and it feels to be right or correct for you, then learning how to better open and control your energy within that process would be the best answer for you. If you do Tai Chi or the Ba Duan Gin or any other method already, the suggestion would be to stick with it adding or developing energy flow enhancements to it.

There are several keys from very simple to the more complex that are inherent in all methods... these keys are not limited to style as they are anatomical processes that allow you to more fully realize the energy that is already flowing through each individual in varying degrees. This energy is the electrical stimulation of the brain and nervous system as it correlates to the external vibrations or energetic manifestations all around us.

The most important Energy Exercise for you

Is the one that you will do on a daily basis. It must be easy to learn, quick to perform, work all areas of the body for balance, strength and especially suited to relax muscles and therefore nerve function.

These days we have less time, we rush here and there, taking so little time for our mental, physical and spiritual health. By using a simple 10 - 15 exercise you do anywhere, with no equipment or even special clothing, that works each of these levels of life, we are more apt to commit to it daily.

This is not the healthiest of solutions but I get extra energy from high doses of caffine and nicotine.

Ahh yes it could be if people actually use it.

we are getting more like machine that we can not initiate to take excercise untill get command or suggestion.

I think we all need to be more self responsible and not await command from others.

I like your way to sey that energy is an electrical stimulation of brain...but I think that its more more complex....

Of course it is also a vibrational exchange with the energy around us as well. However for people to gain a bit more for themselves, it needs to be simple and easy to accomplish... so they will start and stay with it.
