Brain Freeze

Brain Freeze or that sharp eye or headache from eating ice cream too fast.

First clear the throat as the vibrations of the Uvula (hanging fleshy tissue at back of throat), stimulate and begin to thaw the tissue.

If the pain registered also in the eyes we work with the Eye Strain recipe as well using GB-20 to relieve the eye pain.

Some additional points may be used on the arm at the LI-11 and hand at the LI-4, to further relax the arms or shoulders if the pain was very intense.

As additional help, if the pain was as a central headache, or a lateral headache, you can easily apply these recipes accordingly.
