Helps in a Big Way

We all know Vitamin C is good for you and that Lemons contain a lot of it. But there is more to lemon than just Vitamin C, in fact instead of a glass of Orange Juice, how about a Lemon Water... made by you!

Vitamin C

Without Vitamin C we can develop what is known as scurvy... now doesn't that sound pleasant. What Vitaminc C is good for bleeding gums, fatigue, spider and varicose veins... and it helps reduce Collagen that creates loose skin, but most important is that it helps strengthen the capillary and artery walls to avoid hemorrhaging. When a blood vessel is damaged, Calcium and Cholesterol seep inside and accumulate as a patch to the lesion.

This is what really causes buildup in the arteries, not the inside cholesterol which in turn can cause blockages (stroke, heart attack).

Hold onto your Hat...

Even when you eat right, you need to eat smart... for example, you eat a lot of leafy green vegetables like Kale and Spinach or you eat lots of Beans, Nuts, Legumes and other cruciferous vegetables... you may be getting too many oxylates. Does it destroy your tooth enamel?

Nah, when you water it down there is not enough acid to do that, beside a coke is far more damaging to your teeth and guts.

All in all this is a great meal time drink, or just by itself... and once you drink it...plain water just tastes bland.

I drank a glass of lemon water in the morning every day. But then I decided I needed a bit more for breakfast than just some lemon water.
It was part of my ever changing breakfast journey...

Hi @playfulfoodie you can just drink it first then eat a breakfast, it is not a meal replacement, but will help in digestive processes.
