-Mahkota gods 5-6 pieces, sliced.

• 5 cups of clean water.
  How to make :
  Boil 5 cups water, to 3 cups. Filter it apart from the dregs. Drink 3 x 1 / day 1 cup.

-Air bersih 5 gelas.
Cara Membuat :
Rebus 5 gelas air, hingga menjadi 3 gelas. Saring pisahkan dari ampas. Minum 3 x 1 /hari 1 gelas.
