As I know Startpage or Ixquick are using Google search results .
Duckduckgo is a meta search engine using Google , Yahoo and other search engines.
I am trying now Gigablast (works great)
its independent in technology http://www.gigablast.com/
ecosia is what I used but will try gigblast as I'm all for stepping as far away from googlezorg.
