What The Health? A Look at the 'Unhealthy Trinity'

in #health7 years ago (edited)

What does the medical establishment, big pharma and animal slaughter have in common?

They all make money at the expense of our health.

Truth is not the ally of any of these "bodies". These are the unhealthy trinity (as I call them).

They all compromise and suppress truth for money. Apathy for truth reigns.

Check out this documentary, and go do your own research!

None of this is new to me btw ;) Just sharing a great new documentary.

What The Health (2017)

Published on Mar 22, 2017

What the Health is the groundbreaking follow-up film from the creators of the award winning documentary Cowspiracy. The film follows intrepid filmmaker Kip Andersen as he uncovers the secret to preventing and even reversing chronic diseases – and investigates why the nation’s leading health organizations don’t want us to know about it. With heart disease and cancer the leading causes of death in America, and diabetes at an all-time high, the film reveals possibly the largest health cover-up of our time.

With the help of medical doctors, researchers, and consumer advocates, What the Health exposes the collusion and corruption in government and big business that is costing us trillions of healthcare dollars, and keeping us sick.

Join Kip as he tracks down the leading and most trusted American health nonprofits to find out why these groups are staying silent, despite a growing body of evidence. Audiences will be shocked to learn the insidious roles played by pharmaceutical companies, agribusiness, and processed animal food companies in the nation’s health, especially in the most vulnerable communities, and will cheer at the transformation and recovery of those who took their lives into their own hands.

What The Health is a surprising, and at times hilarious, investigative documentary that will be an eye-opener for everyone concerned about our nation’s health and how big business influences it.

“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”
- Hippocrates

That's the real medicine for our bodies. Wake up world.

True dat! but i dont think that eating animals affects your health. But that also depends on your blood type. Im an "O" type and I was vegan for 3 years... worst thing I could have ever done to my body, I was so hungry all the time, I never got enuf protein, I was always tired, my feet always hurt, I had no stamina and I couldnt think clearly! Than I went back to meat, and MAN do I feel so much better since the switch 2 years ago. But in saying that, people that arent "O" types, should eat what is good for them. IF for example someone is an "A" type, they should eat alot more grains and fish, compared to me an "O" type who thrives on red meat and vegetables and very few grains like next to none. Listen to your body and itll tell you what it needs

Any blood type that eats vegan is going to get messed up big time.

The blood type diet is an interesting theory, but there is so much more to it that that!

Im just telling you from personal experience, I was messed up from going completley vegan... wont do that again.

Im just telling you from personal experience, my body did not like being vegan. hence why I wont do that again.

I hope I can carve some time out to check the documentary out. Kind of very related to your post is another documentary coming out that goes heavily into back pain and how much of it is connected with the mind that causes physical changes, here is a trailer to explain better

This Doctor has had books out, has reached some celebs that have been helped by him and have spoken about him for years, so neat to see a documentary on his thoughts

What does the sickness industry and vegetarianism have in common? - they are both aiming to make a lot of money from you while slowly killing you...

Although i love a piece of meat, it is one of the most inefficient ways of feeding ourselves. Breeding insects or such for food would be a lot better.

Sounds like a interesting documentary @krnel, will be watching and thanks for sharing!

Has anyone noticed other countries pay way more attention to health compared to the US? It seems like Australia and New Zealand are always improving and companies who really value health are on the rise out there. In America...crickets. Anyone else notice this?
