Ingredients

  • 300 g of Green leafy vegetables (Here I am using spinach, you can also use Kale of Collard Greens)
  • 2 cups of Blueberries of Mixed berries
  • 2-3 tbs flax, hemp or chia seeds
  • 200 g of Oatmeal
  • 3 cups plant milk (soy, almond, oat, rice whatever you like, soy has the most protein)
  • 2 ripe bananas

Mix well using a blender.

Nutritional composition

Very rich in vitamins and minerals, antioxidants, protein, omega-3 and fiber. Low fat high carb and Vegan.

  • 1396 kcal
  • 59.3 g of Protein

  • 229.8 g of Carbohydrates with 120% of Daily recommended Fiber

  • 32.6 g of Fat (Good Healthy Fats)

  • And Very Rich in Vitamins and Minerals

Supplementation

You still need to supplement with B12 and Vitamin D.
