nice shots...Spending time in nature is like a computer “reset” button for your mind...It clears out all the junk and crap in your head and helps you gain perspective.
The stress in our lives is primarily part of our man made culture. It is an artificial construct.
Nature is real and it gives us a reality check and helps grounds us.
