Well, all the fruits are very beneficial for our health, but there are some fruits that make our health better by regular use, and the inner parts of our body also would have been strong.

The following fruits are mentioned there which is useful for our health.

1)Banana

It is a fruit which is available in 12 months and have much nutritions which are very important for our health. Banana is very helpful to reduce nervous stress.

2)Orange

It is available in the winter season and have many benefits. The major benefit is that it is useful in cancer.

3)Pineapple

It is commonly used as salad while the use of pineapple is helpful for the digestive system.

4)Cherry

There are anti-oxidants in cherry which is helpful in exterminating poisonously matter from our body.

5)Apple

Apple is very good for our health, the big and good advantage is that it may reduce the risk of developing cancer and heart disease.
