Walk

One of the best ways to beat stress is to exercise. This activity helps the body produce endorphins that make you feel good. Exercise in warm weather can enhance your brain, while walking for about 30 minutes can dramatically reduce stress levels.

"To love"

If you plan to use "stress" as an "excuse" to avoid having sex, think again. "Love" is a great way to relieve stress as it lowers blood pressure, enhances self esteem, and increases the feeling of attachment to your partner.

All three points keeps much value but for the first one I use earphones to listen instead of laud external speaker sounds.
