How to prepare corn silk tea at home

It is not difficult to prepare corn silk tea, below is how to simply make corn silk tea beneficial for you...

Get 1 tablespoon of chopped corn silk and boil in 1 cup of water

After it has boiled, remove from heat and cover the pot allowing it to steep for some time like between 15 to 20 minutes so it can be cool enough for you to be able to drink it.

Add honey if you desire and store remaining in a fridge for not more than 3 days

Dosage is dependent on health condition as well as body weight but generally, as adults you can take 1 cup 2 to 3 times daily. For children, reduce dose accordingly.

Precautions

According to experts, it is recommended not to take corn silk tea right before going to sleep. 

Before using corn silk tea as treatment for any kind of health issue, make sure that you consult your health care provider to ensure it does not interfere with medications.

I will try it out next summer as here in Canada we might get two crops of corn in the fields , otherwise im sure its hard to find corn silks in the store unless you buy corn on the cob . Can it be frozen and saved to last the winter after husking the corn cobs !? Then is it just as bennificial for you !? Great job my friend !👍✌💕
