Health is wealth. The key to staying healthy is to eat right, exercise regularly, and stay away from things that are hazardous to your health. Below are some of the things you should avoid to stay healthy.
Don't wait until you are hungry before you eat. Note that not eating breakfast at the right time can cause you to develop ulcer.
Don't wait until you are thirsty before drinking water. Water is life and should be taken regularly to stay hydrated. Remember to drink more water during the day and less at night.
Don't wait until you are feeling sleepy before you go to sleep.
Don't wait until you feel tired before you rest. Stress has been found to be the cause of most common ailments.
Don't wait until you get sick before going for medical check-up. Always try and find time to go for routine checkups in the hospital.
Don’t wait until you have a problem before praying to your God. Reverence him before you start your day, and include him in every aspect of your life.
