Housing prices continue to decline in Sweden.

That is shown in this weeks second major housing survey: Valueguards HOX Index.
Prices for homeowners in Sweden fell in the last month, while prices for villas rose. All according to new figures from Swedish brokerage statistics on Friday morning.

Now the next major housing survey confirms the stagnant market for condominiums. According to Valueguard's HOX statistics, the housing rights index dropped by 0.9 percent between May and June.
