RE: Perimenopause is Real! 😩 Ladies Can We Talk?
I’m too busy for fatigue, no mother has time for that.
Right?! I've been wondering if I'm having some symptoms, too. My mom went through menopause early and I'm 41. Hormones have been wonky since I had my kids 5 years ago, so hard to figure out what's what, but my cycle has shifted. Still comes on "schedule" but instead of 27 days it's more like 29 or 30. As for the fatigue, also hard to figure out what the cause is... still recovering from growing and birthing twins and breast feeding them for 2 years, or other changes in my body. I dunno. Just gonna flow with things the best I can. Thanks for sharing this, though—it helps me remember that all the things I'm dealing with are things women go through. Natural. Part of the greater cycle of life.
Right! We are too busy for that! ☺️
Wow I commend you for breastfeeding your twins for two years! That’s quite amazing, impressive and inspiring! It can be confusing with all of the other things you have going on. I noticed after every child I had my hormones got more wonky. After my fifth is when things really got crazy, which is one of the reasons I mentally and physically cannot have any more children, I’d go straight crazy lol! But I think it’s good you are being aware and watching the signs of your body.
Yep this is all a natural process and we just have to do our best getting through it while caring for our families :)
Thanks so much for your response ~ ❤️
