Time to Start Taking Health Seriously

I woke up this morning and it is a great day.

Yesterday, I watched a training course from The 1 Thing team and realized that I needed to make a choice between the 100s of Items on my to do list.

I prioritized the list but it still seems to be too many.

Here was the decision that was made.

  1. Select one activity a day where I know I can succeed.
    That activity is to invest at least one dollar a day. Most of the time I will be investing in a coin and most of the time the amount will be greater than 1 dollar. However the purpose of the exercise is to be consistent and to make it a habit.

This morning I transferred the money and now I need to decide what to do next since I still have a few hours to myself before the kids get up and the day will be focused on the true one thing - Family.

Now, the next item on the agenda is doing something everyday to get a little healthier.

I don't plan on just jumping into any activity but doing some research on 10 or 20 things I can try to see if I enjoy them or enjoy them enough.

I know if I don't enjoy something, especially on Day 1, then I won't jump in.

So, next step is to start to List out some things that I could do that will have me be healthier today and into the long term future.
