One of my favorite fruits is the watermelon. The sweet water that it produced is refreshing. It is actually good for the body. Some people might think that watermelon is just mostly sugar and water, but one should know that this fruit contains a high level of Vitamin A and Vitamin C as well as antioxidant. Watermelon can be served as a dessert and it's healthy, so you won't have to worry about your sweets intake.

Helps you hydrate. Watermelon is composed of 92% water. Hence, this keeps your body hydrated and makes you full.
