Workout ( Ass/ Back of Legs)

This is a quick exercise you can do to build you ass muscle and to work the back of your legs . The key is to life heavy if you want to gain muscle.

Depending on the results , I will psot more workout videos .

Ps- you can also go all the way up , hold for three seconds and come down . Repeat with 3 sets . Or keep moving up and down

Happy to see you posting workout videos... had a beautiful run this morning and we are about to leave to look at some fitness equipment to make one at home. Since we moved back to rural Cambodia we don't have a gym anymore.... so please yes post some more ;)

I've seen other ass workouts but have never stumbled on this. Will definitely try it out

This one in my opinion, is the BEST. What you can also do is squats will either this bar as well or use bar bells , you have to do a weight that you feel you legs shaking .

The more weight you put on, the better it works out . You can also use a resistance belt to do squats which tones your body after a workout
