Snoring is a very common problem, affecting nearly 90 million men and women. This annoying sound can occur during your sleep, occurs when the structures relax the throat and start to produce a strong sound. Sleep disorder and heavy snoring are often considered to have serious medical and social consequences. So, if you have the habit of snoring, you need to take the necessary steps to get rid of this problem. There are many products available to treat snoring, but most have not proven effective. There is no magic cure for snoring, but there are easy home remedies that can be a great help in controlling annoying snoring.

Treatment of snoring in domestic ways:
1- Mint:
The anti-inflammatory properties of peppermint helps reduce swelling in the membranes of the lining of the throat and nose, thus enhancing and facilitating breathing. Peppermint treatments work well for snoring temporarily due to allergies, cold or dry air. Add two drops of peppermint oil to a glass of water. And gargle with solution before going to bed. Be sure not to swallow this solution. Repeat this daily until you get the desired result. You can also rub a little peppermint oil into the lower parts of each side of the nose about 30 minutes before you go to bed. This will help open air passages and save you from snoring.

2- Olive oil:
Being a powerful anti-inflammatory agent, olive oil relieves tissue along the respiratory passages, reducing swelling to pass air. Use this treatment regularly to also relieve vibrations in the throat and stop snoring. Pour two tablespoons of olive oil before going to bed every day. You can also combine half a teaspoon of olive oil and honey. And consumed daily before going to bed.

  1. Steam:
    Nasal congestion is one of the main causes behind snoring. One of the best solutions to reduce congestion is vapor inhalation. Pour hot boiling water into a large bowl, add three or four drops of camphor or tea tree oil. Place a towel over your head and breathe deeply through the nose for 10 minutes. Follow this treatment daily before going to bed to save you from snoring.

4- Ghee:
Ghee, has some medical properties that can help open blocked nasal passages. This in turn will help reduce snoring and sleep better. Dilute a little margarine in the microwave. Allow it to cool slightly, then use the dropper to place two or three drops of warm ghee in each nostril. Repeat the process daily before going to bed and again after waking up the next morning.

5 - Hill:
Hail is effective to open blocked nasal passages and reduces snoring. Add half a teaspoon of cardamom powder to a cup of warm water. Drink it 30 minutes before going to bed. Repeat daily exercise to gradually reduce snoring.

6- Turmeric:
Being a powerful antiseptic and antimicrobial agent, turmeric cures inflammation and helps reduce heavy snoring and should be used with milk to treat snoring. It will help you to breathe freely during sleep and also to strengthen your immune system. Add two tablespoons of turmeric powder to a cup of warm milk, drink it 30 minutes before going to sleep. Repeat the procedure daily.

7- Nettle:
If you suffer from temporary snoring, this may be due to a type of seasonal allergies causing nasal passages. Treated with nettle, has anti-inflammatory properties as well as anti-histamine properties. Add 1 tablespoon dried starch leaves to 1 cup boiling water. Leave for five minutes, then drain. Drink warm tea before bedtime. You can drink 2-3 cups of nettle leaves every day during the allergy season to prevent snoring.

  1. Garlic:
    Garlic helps to reduce the accumulation of mucus in the nasal passages as well as inflammation of the respiratory system. So, the cause of snoring is clogged sinus. Bake 1-2 cloves of raw garlic and drink a glass of water. Repeat the exercise daily, preferably before sleeping to enjoy deep sleep and reduce snoring.

Honey:
Honey is another option for snakes because of its anti-inflammatory properties and can reduce swelling around the throat area that can obstruct airways. In addition, honey lubricates the throat, preventing snoring vibrations. Mix a tablespoon of honey in a glass of warm water and drink it before bedtime. Repeat the procedure daily. Alternatively, you can use honey to sweeten herbal tea.

  1. Chamomile:
    Chamomile has anti-inflammatory effects that can help stop snoring. It is also to soothe the nerves that can ease the tension of the muscles and nerves in the throat, and help you sleep better. Add a large spoon of chamomile flowers (or a chamomile tea bag) to a glass of water. Boil it for 15 minutes and add a tablespoon of honey. Drink this warm tea before going to bed.
